Beverly L. Mudd, 91 passed away peacefully on March 29th, 2023. A Pueblo native, she graduated from Centennial High School in 1949 with a love for history and civics that left her a life-long “news junkie”. Soon after graduating, she met Henry Mudd, and they married in 1950. As a wife, homemaker, and mother of 11 children, her life centered around her family. She loved a good soap opera, sewing, junk shopping, and volunteering at church events. Her love of animals was felt by the strays that routinely found their way to her door looking for shelter and comfort. Her long life was enriched by her family, many friends, and her many beloved dogs. She will best be remembered doing what she loved most – laughing and dancing with Henry, the love of her life and favorite singer, for 65 years. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She is predeceased by her husband, mother and stepfather -- and is survived by her 11 children, her 14 grandchildren, her 11 great-grandchildren and her great-great grandchild.
At her request, no formal service will be held. Private interment at Roselawn Cemetery TBD. In lieu of flowers, please donate your time and money to the animal rescue charity of your choice in her honor.
