Jim Gienger passed away peacefully on December 3, at his family home in Castle Rock that he and his son built. Jim was born in St. Francis, Kansas on February 24, 1949 to his parents Mavern and Clayton Gienger. Jim married his wife Lucretia in 1969. To this union, their son, Craig and daughter Melissa were born. Jim is survived by his wife, his two children and his six grand children, who were the light of his life. At Jim’s request no service will be held. Instead, he asked friends and loved ones to donate to St. Jude’s in his memory at stjude.org
