Obituary for James Lynn Wolf

James Lynn Wolf born on February 5, 1957 passed away on March 30, 2022 at the age of 65 in his hometown of Golden, Colorado. He was the son of Margaret and Alva "Al" Wolf and the brother of Tom Wolf, Melinda Weddle, Jerry Wolf and Jolene Zinke. He is survived by his two daughters: Stacey O'Malley and Jennifer Wolf of Arizona. His three sons: Kevin, Sean, and Patrick Wolf of Colorado; and five grandchildren.

He was employed at Car Graph Inc. in Arizona for many years and worked as a machinist. He was a very precise and meticulous man that was perfect for the job.

He was a loving father to five children and cared for many animals during his lifetime. His family shared 27 years together in Chandler, Arizona. He recently retired in October 2021 and although his retirement was short, he had finally made it back to his hometown of Golden, Colorado to find peace.

He will be remembered for the tremendous love and pride he felt for his family and the way the simple things in life brought him so much joy. A Saturday at the movies, a walk with the dogs, or beers during a game were all he needed to be happy. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking.

We will be having a celebration of life on April 16th in Golden, CO from 3PM-6PM at the Golden Hotel. If you are interested in attending please contact us at kevin.james.wolf@gmail.com. All are welcome!

If you would like to send flowers please send them directly to the Golden Hotel. Flowers can be accepted beginning April 12th. Please address them to the James Wolf Celebration of Life.

In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to the Dumb Friends League Organization, an animal shelter located in the Denver Metro area. His love for his dogs was above and beyond. He would want other animals to experience the love and joy he shared with his dogs.
